The Mouse TFPI (Tissue Factor Pathway Inhibitor) CLIA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate measurement of TFPI levels in mouse serum, plasma, and tissue homogenates. This kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it ideal for a variety of research applications.TFPI is an important regulator of the coagulation pathway, inhibiting the activation of tissue factor and preventing excessive blood clotting. Dysregulation of TFPI has been implicated in various diseases, including thrombosis, sepsis, and inflammatory conditions.
Monitoring TFPI levels can provide valuable insights into the pathophysiology of these diseases and aid in the development of potential therapeutic interventions. With its superior performance and user-friendly format, the Mouse TFPI CLIA Kit is a valuable tool for researchers studying coagulation disorders, thrombotic diseases, and inflammation in mouse models. Trust Assay Genie for accurate and dependable measurement of TFPI levels in your experimental samples.
This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse TFPI. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse TFPI and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse TFPI, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Mouse TFPI. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse TFPI in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
