The Mouse TARC (Thymus Activation Regulated Chemokine) CLIA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate detection of TARC levels in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it suitable for a wide range of research applications.TARC is a chemokine that plays a key role in immune response regulation, specifically in the recruitment of immune cells to sites of inflammation.
Elevated levels of TARC have been associated with various inflammatory conditions such as asthma, atopic dermatitis, and other allergic diseases. This kit is essential for studying the role of TARC in these conditions and for developing potential therapeutic interventions.
This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse TARC. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse TARC and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse TARC, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Mouse TARC. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse TARC in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
