The Mouse PDGFR-alpha (Platelet-Derived Growth Factor Soluble Receptor Alpha) CLIA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate measurement of PDGFR-alpha levels in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit ensures reliable and reproducible results, making it perfect for a wide range of research applications.PDGFR-alpha is a vital receptor involved in cell growth, development, and tissue repair.
Dysregulation of PDGFR-alpha signaling has been implicated in various diseases such as cancer, fibrosis, and vascular disorders. Therefore, this kit serves as a valuable tool for studying PDGFR-alpha expression and activity in animal models, aiding in the understanding of disease mechanisms and the development of potential therapeutic interventions.
This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse PDGFsR-α. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse PDGFsR-α and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse PDGFsR-α, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Mouse PDGFsR-α. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse PDGFsR-α in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
