Mouse MCP-3 (Monocyte Chemotactic Protein 3) CLIA Kit
The Mouse MCP-3 (Monocyte Chemotactic Protein-3) CLIA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate detection of MCP-3 levels in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it ideal for a variety of research applications.MCP-3 is a key chemokine involved in immune responses and inflammation, playing a crucial role in recruiting monocytes and other immune cells to sites of injury or infection. Dysregulation of MCP-3 levels has been implicated in various inflammatory conditions, making it a valuable biomarker for studying immune responses and developing new therapeutic interventions.
With its high sensitivity and specificity, the Mouse MCP-3 CLIA Kit is a valuable tool for researchers looking to investigate the role of MCP-3 in immune function, inflammation, and disease. Its ease of use and accuracy make it a reliable choice for laboratories conducting preclinical and clinical research studies.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse MCP-3. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse MCP-3 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse MCP-3, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Mouse MCP-3. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse MCP-3 in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
