The Mouse LIF (Leukemia Inhibitory Factor) CLIA Kit is a powerful tool for the quantitative detection of LIF levels in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.Leukemia Inhibitory Factor (LIF) is a key cytokine that plays a crucial role in regulating the immune response and maintaining homeostasis. It is involved in a variety of physiological processes, including embryonic development, hematopoiesis, and inflammation.
Dysregulation of LIF levels has been implicated in a range of diseases, including cancer, autoimmune disorders, and neurodegenerative conditions, making it an important biomarker for understanding and potentially targeting these conditions. With its superior performance and reliability, the Mouse LIF CLIA Kit is an invaluable tool for researchers studying the role of LIF in health and disease, offering accurate and consistent results to support their investigations and drug development efforts.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse LIF. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse LIF and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse LIF, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Mouse LIF. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse LIF in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
