The Mouse Kidney Injury Molecule-1 (KIM-1) ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for the quantitative measurement of KIM-1 levels in mouse kidney tissue samples. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and precision, enabling researchers to accurately assess KIM-1 expression in various experimental settings.KIM-1 is a well-known marker of kidney injury and is upregulated in response to renal damage. Monitoring KIM-1 levels can provide insights into the progression of kidney-related diseases, such as acute kidney injury and chronic kidney disease.
By using the Mouse KIM-1 ELISA Kit, researchers can gain a deeper understanding of renal pathophysiology and explore potential therapeutic interventions targeting kidney injury.Overall, the Mouse KIM-1 ELISA Kit is an essential tool for studying kidney injury and evaluating potential treatments in preclinical research models. Its reliable performance and user-friendly protocol make it a valuable asset for any laboratory investigating kidney-related pathologies.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
