Mouse Kelch Like ECH Associated Protein 1 (KEAP1) ELISA Kit
The Mouse KEAP1 (Kelch-like ECH-associated protein 1) ELISA Kit is a highly reliable and sensitive tool for the quantitative measurement of KEAP1 levels in mouse samples. This kit is specifically designed for the detection of KEAP1 in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants, providing accurate and reproducible results for a wide range of research applications.KEAP1 is a critical regulator of the antioxidant response pathway, playing a key role in protecting cells from oxidative stress and maintaining cellular homeostasis. Dysregulation of KEAP1 has been implicated in a variety of diseases, including cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and cardiovascular diseases, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and developing novel therapeutic approaches.
The Mouse KEAP1 ELISA Kit offers researchers a reliable and precise method for studying the expression levels of KEAP1 in mouse samples, facilitating the investigation of its role in various physiological and pathological processes. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit provides an invaluable tool for advancing our understanding of KEAP1 biology and its implications in disease.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
