Mouse Interferon Gamma Induced Protein 10kDa (IP10) ELISA Kit
The Mouse Interferon Gamma-Induced Protein 10kDa (IP-10) ELISA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate detection of IP-10 levels in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it an excellent choice for a variety of research applications.IP-10 is an important chemokine that plays a critical role in mediating immune responses. It is induced by interferon gamma and is involved in inflammatory processes, immune cell recruitment, and cell migration. Studies have shown that IP-10 is associated with various diseases, including autoimmune disorders, infectious diseases, and cancer, making it a valuable biomarker for understanding disease pathogenesis and potential therapeutic interventions.
Overall, the Mouse IP-10 ELISA Kit offers a robust tool for researchers seeking to investigate the role of IP-10 in immune responses and disease progression in mouse models. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit provides accurate and reliable results, making it an essential component of any research study involving IP-10.
Product Name:

Linearity:
The linearity of the kit was assayed by testing samples spiked with appropriate concentration of the index and their serial dilutions. The results were demonstrated by the percentage of calculated concentration to the expected.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
