The Mouse Insulin CLIA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the quantification of insulin levels in mouse serum, plasma, and tissue lysates. This kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it ideal for a variety of research applications.Insulin is a key hormone involved in the regulation of glucose metabolism, energy storage, and cell growth. Dysregulation of insulin levels is associated with diseases such as diabetes, obesity, and metabolic syndrome, highlighting the importance of studying insulin levels in research settings.
By accurately measuring insulin levels in mouse samples, researchers can gain valuable insights into the role of insulin in various physiological and pathological processes. This kit is user-friendly and provides quick and accurate results, making it a valuable tool for investigating insulin signaling pathways and potential therapeutic interventions.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse INS. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse INS and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse INS, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Mouse INS. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse INS in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
