The Mouse IL-10 ELISA Kit is specially designed for the quantitative detection of interleukin-10 (IL-10) in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, providing accurate and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.IL-10 is a key immunoregulatory cytokine that plays a crucial role in modulating immune responses and inflammation. It is involved in regulating T cell differentiation, B cell function, and macrophage activation.
Dysregulation of IL-10 has been linked to various autoimmune diseases, inflammatory disorders, and infections, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and developing potential therapeutic strategies.Overall, the Mouse IL-10 ELISA Kit provides researchers with a powerful tool for studying the role of IL-10 in immune responses and inflammation, offering valuable insights for advancing our understanding of disease mechanisms and developing novel treatment approaches.

This ELISA kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse IL-10. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse IL-10 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse IL-10, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Mouse IL-10. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse IL-10 in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.
