The Mouse IL-10 Monoclonal Antibody (APC Conjugated, JES5-16E3, AGEL2029) offered by Assaygenie is a powerful tool for researchers studying immunology and inflammation. This antibody specifically targets interleukin-10 (IL-10), a key anti-inflammatory cytokine involved in immune regulation.IL-10 plays a crucial role in modulating the immune response by suppressing the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines and promoting anti-inflammatory pathways. The APC conjugation of this monoclonal antibody allows for efficient detection and analysis of IL-10 in various cell types, making it an ideal choice for flow cytometry and immunofluorescence studies.
Researchers exploring the roles of IL-10 in autoimmune diseases, infectious diseases, and inflammatory conditions will benefit from the specificity and reliability of this antibody. Its validated performance ensures accurate and reproducible results, helping to advance our understanding of the complex mechanisms underlying immune regulation.By utilizing the Mouse IL-10 Monoclonal Antibody (APC Conjugated, JES5-16E3, AGEL2029), scientists can uncover new insights into the functions of IL-10 and its potential therapeutic applications in immunomodulatory interventions.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used 5 µL of antibody per test (million cells in 100 µL staining volume or per 100 µL of whole blood). Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use.

Background:
L-10 was originally described as Cytokine Synthesis Inhibitory Factor (CSIF) by virtue of its ability to inhibit cytokine production by Th1 clones. IL-10 shares over 80% sequence homology with the Epstein-Barr virus protein BCRFI. IL-10 inhibits IFN-γ, TNF-β, and IL-2 production by Th1 clones; inhibits macrophage-mediated IL-1, IL-6, and TNF-α synthesis; suppresses the delayed type hypersensitivity response; stimulates Th2 cell response (which results in elevated antibody production); and promotes mast cell proliferation in combination with IL-4.
