The Mouse I-TAC (Interferon-inducible T-cell alpha chemoattractant) CLIA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate detection of mouse I-TAC levels in biological samples. This kit is ideal for researchers studying immune responses and inflammatory processes in a mouse model.I-TAC is a chemokine that plays a key role in recruiting T cells to sites of inflammation and infection. It is involved in regulating immune responses and promoting the activation and migration of T cells.
Monitoring I-TAC levels can provide valuable insights into the immune system's functioning and the development of inflammatory conditions. With its high performance and reliability, the Mouse I-TAC CLIA Kit is a valuable tool for researchers looking to study immune responses, inflammation, and autoimmune disorders in mouse models. Get accurate and reproducible results with this easy-to-use kit, making it a must-have for your research experiments.
This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse I-TAC/CXCL11. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse I-TAC/CXCL11 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse I-TAC/CXCL11, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Mouse I-TAC/CXCL11. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse I-TAC/CXCL11 in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
