The Mouse HO-1 (Heme Oxygenase-1) CLIA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate measurement of HO-1 levels in mouse samples, including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it ideal for a wide range of research applications in the study of oxidative stress, inflammation, and cellular protection mechanisms.HO-1 is a critical enzyme involved in the breakdown of heme into carbon monoxide, biliverdin, and iron, playing a key role in antioxidant defense and cellular homeostasis. Dysregulation of HO-1 has been linked to various diseases, including cancer, cardiovascular disorders, and neurodegenerative conditions, making it a valuable biomarker for assessing disease progression and potential therapeutic interventions.
With its high sensitivity and specificity, the Mouse HO-1 CLIA Kit offers researchers a powerful tool for studying the role of HO-1 in health and disease, providing valuable insights into the mechanisms underlying oxidative stress and inflammation. This kit is essential for advancing our understanding of HO-1 biology and potential therapeutic strategies for a range of pathological conditions.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse HO1. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse HO1 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse HO1, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Mouse HO1. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse HO1 in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
