The Mouse HDGF (Hepatoma-Derived Growth Factor) CLIA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate detection of HDGF levels in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring reliable and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.HDGF is a key growth factor that plays a crucial role in promoting cell proliferation and survival. It is implicated in various biological processes, including cell growth, wound healing, and tissue regeneration.
HDGF has also been linked to cancer progression, making it a valuable biomarker for studying cancer biology and potential therapeutic targets.Overall, the Mouse HDGF CLIA Kit provides researchers with a powerful tool for investigating the biological functions of HDGF and its potential implications in various disease states.
This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse HDGF. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse HDGF and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse HDGF, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Mouse HDGF. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse HDGF in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
