The Mouse GZMS-B (Granzyme B) CLIA Kit is a powerful tool designed for the precise measurement of granzyme B levels in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its advanced technology, this kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, guaranteeing accurate and consistent results for a variety of research purposes.Granzyme B is a key enzyme involved in immune responses, particularly in the function of cytotoxic T cells and natural killer cells. Its activity is crucial in eliminating infected or transformed cells, contributing to immune defense against pathogens and cancer.
Detecting and quantifying granzyme B levels can provide valuable insights into immune system function and the development of immunotherapies. This kit is essential for studying immune responses, infectious diseases, cancer, and autoimmune disorders in mouse models. By accurately measuring granzyme B levels, researchers can gain a deeper understanding of immune mechanisms and potential therapeutic targets. Choose the Mouse GZMS-B CLIA Kit for reliable and precise granzyme B quantification in mouse samples.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse GzmB. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse GzmB and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse GzmB, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Mouse GzmB. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse GzmB in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
