The Mouse GT Gastrin ELISA Kit is specifically developed for the precise measurement of GT Gastrin levels in mouse samples. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, guaranteeing accurate and consistent results, making it suitable for various research purposes. GT Gastrin is a key hormone involved in regulating gastric acid secretion and stimulating cell growth in the stomach lining. It plays a crucial role in gastrointestinal health and is implicated in conditions such as peptic ulcers and gastrinomas.
Studying GT Gastrin levels can provide valuable insights into these conditions and aid in the development of potential treatments. With its reliable performance and ease of use, the Mouse GT Gastrin ELISA Kit is an essential tool for researchers studying the role of GT Gastrin in gastric physiology and associated disorders.

This ELISA kit uses the Competitive-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with GT. During the reaction, GT in the sample or standard competes with a fixed amount of GT on the solid phase supporter for sites on the Biotinylated Detection Ab specific to GT. Excess conjugate and unbound sample or standard are washed away, and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added to each micro plate well and incubated. Then a TMB substrate solution is added to each well. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns from blue to yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The concentration of GT in tested samples can be calculated by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.
