The Mouse GT-34 (Gastrin-34) CLIA Kit is a reliable tool for the accurate measurement of GT-34 levels in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With high sensitivity and specificity, this kit provides consistent and reproducible results, making it suitable for various research applications.GT-34, also known as Gastrin-34, is a peptide hormone that plays a crucial role in regulating gastric acid secretion and promoting the growth of gastric mucosa.
Dysregulation of GT-34 levels has been associated with gastrointestinal disorders such as gastric ulcers and gastrinomas. By detecting GT-34 levels, researchers can gain insights into these conditions and potentially develop new therapeutic strategies.Overall, the Mouse GT-34 CLIA Kit is a valuable tool for studying the role of GT-34 in gastric physiology and pathology, offering researchers a reliable method for quantifying GT-34 levels in mouse samples.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse GT-34. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse GT-34 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse GT-34, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Mouse GT-34. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse GT-34 in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
