The Mouse GROgamma (Growth Regulated Oncogene gamma) CLIA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate detection of GROgamma levels in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reproducible results that are essential for various research applications.GROgamma, also known as CXCL3, is a chemokine protein that plays a crucial role in inflammation and immune response regulation. It is involved in promoting cell migration and activation, making it a key player in various physiological and pathological processes. Research has shown its involvement in cancer, autoimmune diseases, and inflammatory disorders, highlighting its significance as a potential biomarker for studying and developing new therapies for these conditions.
The Mouse GROgamma CLIA Kit is a valuable tool for researchers looking to investigate the role of GROgamma in different biological processes and diseases. Its high performance and reliability make it an ideal choice for accurate quantification of GROgamma levels in biological samples, providing valuable insights into its functional relevance in various pathophysiological conditions.
This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse GROγ/CXCL3. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse GROγ/CXCL3 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse GROγ/CXCL3, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Mouse GROγ/CXCL3. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse GROγ/CXCL3 in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
