Mouse GR beta (glucocorticoid receptor beta) CLIA Kit
The Mouse GR beta (Glucocorticoid Receptor beta) CLIA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate quantification of GR beta levels in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it suitable for various research applications. The glucocorticoid receptor beta plays a crucial role in regulating the body's response to stress and inflammation. Dysregulation of this receptor has been linked to various diseases, including metabolic disorders, immune conditions, and neurological disorders.
Therefore, the accurate measurement of GR beta levels is essential for understanding its role in these conditions and developing potential therapeutic interventions.Overall, the Mouse GR beta CLIA Kit offers researchers a valuable tool for studying the function of glucocorticoid receptor beta in mouse models, ultimately advancing our understanding of its role in health and disease.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse GRβ. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse GRβ and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse GRβ, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Mouse GRβ. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse GRβ in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
