The Mouse GPI (Glucose-6-Phosphate Isomerase) CLIA Kit is specially designed for the accurate measurement of GPI levels in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit delivers reliable and reproducible results, making it an excellent choice for various research applications.GPI is an important enzyme involved in glucose metabolism and glycolysis, playing a crucial role in energy production and cell function.
Dysregulation of GPI has been linked to conditions such as diabetes, autoimmune diseases, and cancer, highlighting its significance as a biomarker for disease progression and therapeutic development. With the Mouse GPI CLIA Kit, researchers can confidently study the role of GPI in disease pathogenesis and explore potential treatment strategies, advancing our understanding of metabolic disorders and paving the way for innovative healthcare solutions.
This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse GPI. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse GPI and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse GPI, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Mouse GPI. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse GPI in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
