Mouse Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid A Receptor Alpha 2 (gABRa2) ELISA Kit
The Mouse Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid A Receptor Alpha 2 (GABRA2) ELISA Kit is a reliable and accurate tool for detecting GABRA2 levels in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit is highly sensitive and specific, providing consistent and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.GABRA2 is a key protein involved in the gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) receptor pathway, playing a crucial role in neurotransmission and neuronal signaling.
Dysregulation of GABRA2 has been implicated in various neurological disorders, including anxiety, epilepsy, and addiction, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and exploring potential therapeutic interventions.Overall, the Mouse GABRA2 ELISA Kit is an essential tool for researchers investigating the role of GABRA2 in neurological function and disease, offering a reliable and efficient method for quantifying GABRA2 levels in mouse samples.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
