The Mouse G-CSF (Granulocyte Colony-Stimulating Factor) CLIA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate quantification of G-CSF levels in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it an ideal tool for researchers studying the role of G-CSF in various biological processes.G-CSF is a key cytokine responsible for the production and differentiation of neutrophils, playing a crucial role in immune response and inflammation.
Dysregulation of G-CSF has been implicated in inflammatory diseases, cancer, and hematopoietic disorders, highlighting its importance as a potential biomarker for disease diagnosis and therapy development.Overall, the Mouse G-CSF CLIA Kit offers researchers a valuable tool for investigating the function of G-CSF in physiological and pathological conditions, ultimately contributing to advancements in biomedical research and clinical applications.
This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse G-CSF. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse G-CSF and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse G-CSF, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Mouse G-CSF. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse G-CSF in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
