The Mouse FST (Follistatin) CLIA Kit is specifically designed for the precise measurement of follistatin levels in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This advanced kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, guaranteeing accurate and consistent results for various research purposes.Follistatin is a key regulatory protein involved in inhibiting activin, a member of the TGF-beta superfamily that plays a critical role in cell differentiation and growth. By modulating activin signaling, follistatin can impact various physiological processes, including muscle growth, tissue repair, and reproductive function.
As such, measuring follistatin levels can provide valuable insights into these biological pathways and their potential implications in different disease states.Whether investigating muscle development, reproductive health, or other related fields, the Mouse FST CLIA Kit from Assay Genie offers a reliable and user-friendly solution for detecting and quantifying follistatin levels in mouse samples. Trust in this cutting-edge assay to support your research efforts and uncover new discoveries in the realm of follistatin biology.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse FST. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse FST and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse FST, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Mouse FST. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse FST in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
