Mouse Fatty Acid Binding Protein 6, Ileal (FABP6) ELISA Kit
The Mouse Fatty Acid Binding Protein 6 (Ileal FABP6) ELISA Kit is a reliable tool designed for the accurate quantification of FABP6 levels in mouse serum, plasma, and tissue lysates. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reproducible results for various research applications.FABP6, also known as the ileal fatty acid binding protein, plays a crucial role in lipid metabolism and transport in the intestine. It is involved in the absorption and transport of dietary fatty acids, bile acids, and cholesterol, making it a key player in maintaining lipid homeostasis.
Dysregulation of FABP6 has been associated with metabolic disorders such as obesity, diabetes, and inflammatory bowel diseases, highlighting its importance as a potential biomarker for studying these conditions and developing therapeutic interventions.Overall, the Mouse FABP6 ELISA Kit provides researchers with a valuable tool for investigating the physiological and pathological roles of FABP6 in lipid metabolism and related diseases, ultimately contributing to advancements in the field of metabolic research.

Linearity:
The linearity of the kit was assayed by testing samples spiked with appropriate concentration of the index and their serial dilutions. The results were demonstrated by the percentage of calculated concentration to the expected.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
