Mouse ERN1 (Endoplasmic Reticulum To Nucleus Signalling 1) CLIA Kit
The Mouse ERN1 (Endoplasmic Reticulum to Nucleus Signalling 1) CLIA Kit is specifically designed for the detection of ERN1 levels in mouse samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, providing accurate and reliable results for a variety of research applications.ERN1, also known as IRE1 (Inositol-requiring enzyme 1), is a key protein involved in the endoplasmic reticulum stress response pathway. It plays a crucial role in maintaining cellular homeostasis and responding to various stress stimuli.
Dysregulation of ERN1 signaling has been implicated in a wide range of diseases, including cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and metabolic diseases, underscoring its importance as a potential therapeutic target.By using the Mouse ERN1 CLIA Kit, researchers can gain valuable insights into the role of ERN1 in disease pathogenesis and potentially identify new strategies for treatment and intervention. Trust in the accuracy and precision of this kit to support your research endeavors and further our understanding of ERN1-mediated signaling pathways.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse ERN1. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse ERN1 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse ERN1, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Mouse ERN1. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse ERN1 in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
