The Mouse ER Alpha (Estrogen Receptor Alpha) CLIA Kit is specifically designed for the precise detection of ER Alpha levels in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, guaranteeing accurate and consistent results for various research purposes.ER Alpha is a key protein involved in mediating estrogen signaling, regulating gene expression, and influencing cell growth and differentiation. It plays a critical role in various physiological processes, including development, reproduction, and metabolism. Dysregulation of ER Alpha has been implicated in numerous diseases, such as breast cancer, osteoporosis, and cardiovascular disorders, highlighting its importance as a target for therapeutic interventions.
The Mouse ER Alpha CLIA Kit provides researchers with a valuable tool for studying the role of ER Alpha in health and disease, enabling the exploration of new treatment strategies and diagnostic approaches. Its reliable performance and user-friendly format make it an ideal choice for laboratories conducting studies on estrogen receptor signaling pathways and related biological processes.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse ERα. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse ERα and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse ERα, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Mouse ERα. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse ERα in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
