The Mouse Cytochrome P450 11B1 (CYP11B1) ELISA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay for the detection of CYP11B1 levels in mouse serum, plasma, and tissue lysates. This kit offers accurate and reproducible results, making it an excellent tool for a variety of research applications.CYP11B1 is a key enzyme involved in the biosynthesis of steroid hormones, particularly in the production of cortisol and aldosterone. Dysregulation of CYP11B1 activity has been implicated in various conditions such as adrenal disorders, hypertension, and metabolic syndrome.
Therefore, measuring CYP11B1 levels can provide valuable insights into these diseases and aid in the development of targeted therapeutic interventions. With its reliable performance and ease of use, the Mouse CYP11B1 ELISA Kit is a valuable asset for researchers investigating steroid hormone metabolism and related pathologies in mouse models.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
