The Mouse Complement 1 Inhibitor (C1INH) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate and sensitive detection of C1INH levels in mouse serum, plasma, and tissue lysates. This kit provides researchers with a reliable tool for studying the role of C1INH in the regulation of the complement system and its impact on various physiological and pathological processes.C1INH is a key regulator of the complement cascade, playing a critical role in controlling inflammation and immune responses. Dysregulation of C1INH has been linked to various autoimmune diseases, inflammatory disorders, and infections.
By accurately measuring C1INH levels in mouse samples, researchers can gain valuable insights into the mechanisms underlying these conditions and explore potential therapeutic interventions. With its high sensitivity and specificity, the Mouse C1INH ELISA Kit delivers precise and reproducible results, making it an essential tool for investigating the role of C1INH in immune function, inflammation, and disease. Whether you are studying basic research questions or developing novel therapies, this kit provides a valuable resource for advancing your research efforts.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
