Mouse Cluster Of Differentiation (CD163) ELISA Kit
The Mouse CD163 (Cluster of Differentiation 163) ELISA Kit is a highly reliable and accurate tool for detecting CD163 levels in mouse samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring consistent and precise results for a variety of research applications.CD163 is a key molecule involved in anti-inflammatory responses and acts as a scavenger receptor for hemoglobin-haptoglobin complexes. Its expression is often associated with various inflammatory diseases, making it a valuable biomarker for studying immune responses and inflammatory pathways.
With the Mouse CD163 ELISA Kit, researchers can effectively measure CD163 levels in mouse samples, providing valuable insights into the role of CD163 in immune regulation and inflammatory processes. This kit is an essential tool for studying the molecular mechanisms underlying inflammatory diseases and developing potential therapeutic interventions.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
