The Mouse CEA (Carcinoembryonic Antigen) CLIA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate measurement of CEA levels in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers reliable and reproducible results, making it a valuable tool for researchers studying cancer and related diseases.CEA is a glycoprotein that is overexpressed in a variety of cancers, including colorectal, pancreatic, and lung cancer. Monitoring CEA levels can help in the early detection, prognosis, and monitoring of cancer progression.
Additionally, CEA levels can be used to evaluate the response to therapy and anticipate recurrence.By using the Mouse CEA CLIA Kit, researchers can gain valuable insights into the role of CEA in cancer development and progression, leading to the development of new diagnostic and therapeutic strategies. This kit is suitable for a wide range of research applications and can provide valuable information for advancing our understanding of cancer biology.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse CEA/CD66. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse CEA/CD66 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse CEA/CD66, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Mouse CEA/CD66. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse CEA/CD66 in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
