The Mouse CD90.2 Monoclonal Antibody (APC-Conjugated, 30-H12) offered by Assaygenie is a powerful tool for researchers investigating CD90.2 expression in mouse samples. CD90.2, also known as Thy1.2, is a cell surface glycoprotein commonly used as a marker for various cell types, including hematopoietic stem cells, T cells, and neurons. This monoclonal antibody, conjugated to allophycocyanin (APC), provides high specificity and sensitivity in flow cytometry and immunofluorescence applications. Its strong binding affinity to CD90.2 allows for precise detection and quantification of CD90.2-positive cells in a range of tissues and cell cultures.By utilizing the Mouse CD90.
2 Monoclonal Antibody, researchers can gain valuable insights into the distribution, function, and regulation of CD90.2-expressing cells, furthering our understanding of key biological processes such as immune response modulation, tissue regeneration, and cell differentiation. This antibody is an essential tool for studies in immunology, stem cell research, and neuroscience, offering reliable results and reproducibility in experimental settings.Trust Assaygenie's Mouse CD90.2 Monoclonal Antibody (APC-Conjugated, 30-H12) for accurate and consistent detection of CD90.2 in mouse samples, advancing your research in the fields of cell biology, immunology, and beyond.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used 5 µL of antibody per test (million cells in 100 µL staining volume or per 100 µL of whole blood). Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use.

Background:
CD90.2 is a 25-35 kD immunoglobulin superfamily member also known as Thy1.2. It is expressed on hematopoietic stem cells and neurons, all thymocytes, and peripheral T cells in Thy1.2 bearing mouse strains (Balb/c, CBA/J, C3H/He, C57BL/-, DBA, NZB/-). CD90.2 is a glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-anchored membrane glycoprotein involved in signal transduction. CD90.2 is involved in costimulation of lymphocyte proliferation and induction of hematopoietic stem cells differentiation. CD90.2 has been shown to interact with CD45. The 30H12 antibody has been reported to induce Ca2+ flux in thymocytes and, in combination with antibody against the CD3/TCR complex, promote thymocyte apoptosis and inhibit CD3-mediated proliferative responses of mature T lymphocytes.
