The Mouse CD73 Monoclonal Antibody (APC Conjugated, TY-23) is a specialized tool for researchers investigating CD73, a key enzyme involved in purine metabolism and immune regulation. This monoclonal antibody, produced with high specificity and affinity towards CD73, is conjugated with APC for easy and efficient detection in flow cytometry and immunofluorescence applications. CD73, also known as ecto-5'-nucleotidase, plays a crucial role in the generation of immunosuppressive adenosine in the tumor microenvironment and autoimmune responses. By targeting CD73, researchers can explore its impact on immune responses, inflammation, and cancer progression.
The APC conjugation of this antibody ensures enhanced sensitivity and specificity, allowing for precise analysis of CD73 expression levels in various cell populations. With its ability to target CD73 with precision and accuracy, the Mouse CD73 Monoclonal Antibody (APC Conjugated, TY-23) is an invaluable tool for studies focusing on immunology, cancer biology, and therapeutic development. Researchers can rely on this antibody to uncover the intricate mechanisms of CD73-mediated immune regulation and explore its potential as a target for novel therapeutic interventions.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used 5 µL of antibody per test (million cells in 100 µL staining volume or per 100 µL of whole blood). Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use.

Background:
CD73 (ecto-5`-nucleotidase) is a 69 kD GPI-anchored surface protein. In mice, expression of CD73 in bone marrow is restricted to CD11b+ myeloid cells. In spleen, it is largely expressed on T cells.
