The Mouse CD69 Monoclonal Antibody (FITC Conjugated) H1.2F3 (AGEL1975) is a versatile tool for researchers studying immune responses and cell signaling pathways. CD69 is a transmembrane C-type lectin protein that is rapidly induced on the surface of activated leukocytes, playing a key role in the regulation of immune cell activation and proliferation. This monoclonal antibody specifically targets CD69 in mouse samples and is conjugated with FITC for fluorescence detection applications. With its high specificity and sensitivity, this antibody is ideal for flow cytometry analysis, immunofluorescence microscopy, and other experimental techniques aimed at studying immune cell behavior and activation.
By targeting CD69, researchers can gain valuable insights into the activation status and differentiation of immune cells, shedding light on immune responses to infections, autoimmunity, and inflammatory diseases. The Mouse CD69 Monoclonal Antibody (FITC Conjugated) H1.2F3 (AGEL1975) is a reliable tool for advancing research in immunology, infectious diseases, and immune-related disorders.

Background:
CD69 is a 60 kD type II membrane protein composed of a 27/33 kD disulfide-linked homodimer, also known as Very Early Activation Antigen (VEA), AIM, EA1, MLR3, and gp34/28. It is expressed on a subset of thymocytes and platelets. CD69 is rapidly induced on activated T and B cells, neutrophils, and NK cells. It is a C-type lectin, closely related to the NKR-P1 and Ly-49 NK cell activation molecules. CD69 is involved in the early events of cell activation and thymocyte positive selection.
