The Mouse CD45 Monoclonal Antibody (PERCP-CY5.5) AGEL1664 is a powerful tool for researchers studying immune cell populations in mice. CD45, also known as leukocyte common antigen, is a crucial marker for identifying and characterizing various immune cell types, including T cells, B cells, and macrophages. This monoclonal antibody, conjugated with PERCP-CY5.5 for flow cytometry applications, offers high specificity and sensitivity in detecting CD45 expression on mouse immune cells. With clone 30-F11, it has been extensively validated for use in flow cytometry analysis, allowing for precise and reliable identification of different immune cell subsets.
By targeting CD45, this antibody enables researchers to discriminate between immune cell populations, assess immune cell activation and differentiation states, and monitor immune responses in various experimental settings. Its versatility and robust performance make it an indispensable tool for investigations in immunology, inflammation, autoimmune diseases, and cancer research in mouse models. Experience accurate and dependable results in your mouse immune cell studies with the Mouse CD45 Monoclonal Antibody (PERCP-CY5.5) AGEL1664 from Assay Genie.

Background:
CD45 is a 180-240 kD glycoprotein also known as the leukocyte common antigen (LCA), T200, or Ly-5. It is a member of the protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP) family, expressed on all hematopoietic cells except mature erythrocytes and platelets. There are different isoforms of CD45 that arise from alternative splicing of exons 4, 5, and 6, which encode A, B, and C determinants, respectively. CD45 plays a key role in TCR and BCR signal transduction. These isoforms are very specific to the activation and maturation state of the cell as well as cell type. The primary ligands for CD45 are galectin-1, CD2, CD3, CD4, TCR, CD22, and Thy-1.
