The Mouse CD45 Monoclonal Antibody (PERCP Conjugated, 30-F11, AGEL1670) offered by AssayGenie is a powerful tool for research involving the CD45 antigen, a critical marker for identifying and studying immune cells in mice. This monoclonal antibody, conjugated to PERCP for flow cytometry applications, specifically targets the CD45 protein, allowing for precise detection and analysis in various mouse cell samples.CD45, also known as leukocyte common antigen, is a key cell surface protein involved in immune cell development, activation, and signaling. Its expression pattern and isoform variations serve as essential markers for distinguishing different immune cell subsets, making the Mouse CD45 Monoclonal Antibody an invaluable resource for studies in immunology, hematopoiesis, and immune response mechanisms in mouse models.
With its high specificity and sensitivity, this antibody from AssayGenie is ideal for use in flow cytometry, immunofluorescence, and other immunological techniques, enabling researchers to explore the diverse roles of CD45 in immune cell biology and immune system function in mice. Whether investigating immune cell populations in basic research or developing new therapeutic strategies for immune-related diseases, the Mouse CD45 Monoclonal Antibody provides reliable and accurate results for your experimental needs.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use. We suggest each investigator should titrate the reagent to obtain optimal results [The recommended concentration is 0.1-1 μg/106 cells in 100 μL volume].

Background:
CD45 is a 180-240 kD glycoprotein also known as the leukocyte common antigen (LCA), T200, or Ly-5. It is a member of the protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP) family, expressed on all hematopoietic cells except mature erythrocytes and platelets. There are different isoforms of CD45 that arise from alternative splicing of exons 4, 5, and 6, which encode A, B, and C determinants, respectively. CD45 plays a key role in TCR and BCR signal transduction. These isoforms are very specific to the activation and maturation state of the cell as well as cell type. The primary ligands for CD45 are galectin-1, CD2, CD3, CD4, TCR, CD22, and Thy-1.
