The Mouse CD45 Monoclonal Antibody (AF488 Conjugated) (30-F11) is a valuable tool for researchers studying immune cells and immune responses in mouse models. This antibody, conjugated with AF488 for fluorescent labeling, specifically targets the CD45 antigen, a cell surface marker found on all leukocytes.CD45, also known as the leukocyte common antigen, is a crucial protein involved in immune cell signaling and activation. It is essential for immune cell development, differentiation, and function. The AF488-conjugated CD45 antibody allows for precise detection and visualization of immune cells expressing CD45, facilitating a better understanding of their behavior and functions in various physiological and pathological conditions.
By using this monoclonal antibody, researchers can track immune cell populations, analyze immune responses, and investigate the role of CD45 in immune-related diseases such as infectious diseases, autoimmune disorders, and cancer. Its high specificity and sensitivity make it a reliable tool for immunology research, flow cytometry, and immunofluorescence assays in mouse models. Advance your research in immunology and cellular biology with the Mouse CD45 Monoclonal Antibody (AF488 Conjugated) (30-F11).

Background:
CD45 is a 180-240 kD glycoprotein also known as the leukocyte common antigen (LCA), T200, or Ly-5. It is a member of the protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP) family, expressed on all hematopoietic cells except mature erythrocytes and platelets. There are different isoforms of CD45 that arise from alternative splicing of exons 4, 5, and 6, which encode A, B, and C determinants, respectively. CD45 plays a key role in TCR and BCR signal transduction. These isoforms are very specific to the activation and maturation state of the cell as well as cell type. The primary ligands for CD45 are galectin-1, CD2, CD3, CD4, TCR, CD22, and Thy-1.
