The Mouse CD23 Monoclonal Antibody (APC Conjugated) B3B4 (AGEL1887) offered by AssayGenie is a cutting-edge tool designed for researchers working with mouse samples. This antibody specifically targets the CD23 protein, a crucial cell surface molecule involved in immune regulation and B-cell function. With its APC conjugation, this antibody allows for easy detection and analysis in flow cytometry applications.CD23, also known as the low-affinity IgE receptor, plays a pivotal role in the modulation of B-cell activity and antibody production. By targeting CD23, researchers can gain insights into immune responses, particularly in the context of allergies, autoimmune diseases, and infectious conditions.
The ability to precisely detect and measure CD23 expression in mouse samples makes this antibody an invaluable resource for immunology research and drug development studies.Overall, the Mouse CD23 Monoclonal Antibody (APC Conjugated) B3B4 (AGEL1887) from AssayGenie provides a reliable and effective means for investigating the functions and regulation of CD23 in mouse models, ultimately contributing to a deeper understanding of immune responses and potential therapeutic targets.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used 5 µL of antibody per test (million cells in 100 µL staining volume or per 100 µL of whole blood). Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use.

Background:
CD23 is a 45 kD protein also known as low affinity IgE Fc receptor, FcεRII, BLAST-2, Ly-42, or B6. It is a member of the Ig family, expressed on conventional B (but not B-1) cells and follicular dendritic cells. CD23 responds to high levels of IgE by downregulating IgE secretion.
