The Mouse CD19 Monoclonal Antibody PE/Cyanine5 Conjugated (1D3) is a vital tool for researchers investigating CD19, a B cell antigen widely used as a biomarker in immunology studies. This antibody, conjugated to PE and Cyanine5, specifically targets CD19 molecules on the surface of mouse cells, allowing for precise detection and analysis in flow cytometry and immunofluorescence applications.CD19, a key component of B cell development and function, is crucial for understanding immune responses and B cell-related diseases. The 1D3 antibody, developed for mouse samples, offers high specificity and sensitivity in detecting CD19 expression, making it an invaluable resource for studies focusing on B cell biology, immunotherapy, and autoimmune disorders.
By utilizing the Mouse CD19 Monoclonal Antibody PE/Cyanine5 Conjugated (1D3), researchers can enhance their ability to characterize and manipulate B cell populations, investigate immune responses, and develop targeted therapies for conditions such as leukemia, lymphoma, and autoimmune diseases. This antibody serves as a reliable tool for advancing research in immunology, oncology, and personalized medicine.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use. We suggest each investigator should titrate the reagent to obtain optimal results [The recommended concentration is 0.1-1 μg/106 cells in 100 μL volume].

Background:
CD19 is a 95 kD glycoprotein also known as B4. It is a member of the Ig superfamily, expressed on all pro-B to mature B cells (during development) and follicular dendritic cells. Plasma cells do not express CD19. CD19, in association with CD21 and CD81, forms a molecular complex integral to B cell activation.
