The Mouse CD19 Monoclonal Antibody PE-Cyanine5.5 Conjugated (1D3) is a valuable tool for researchers studying CD19, a cell surface protein found on B cells. This monoclonal antibody, conjugated with PE-Cyanine5.5, allows for the detection and analysis of CD19 expression in various cell types using flow cytometry and other immunofluorescence techniques.CD19 is a crucial B cell co-receptor involved in B cell development, activation, and differentiation. It is also commonly used as a marker to identify B cells in flow cytometry studies. The 1D3 antibody specifically targets CD19, enabling precise detection of this protein in experimental settings.
Researchers can use this antibody to investigate B cell biology, immune responses, and diseases related to B cell dysfunction. With its high specificity and sensitivity, the Mouse CD19 Monoclonal Antibody PE-Cyanine5.5 Conjugated (1D3) is an essential tool for immunologists, cancer researchers, and other scientists studying B cell-related processes. Its reliable performance and compatibility with various experimental techniques make it a valuable addition to research studies focused on B cell biology and associated diseases.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use. We suggest each investigator should titrate the reagent to obtain optimal results [The recommended concentration is 0.1-1 μg/106 cells in 100 μL volume].

Background:
CD19 is a 95 kD glycoprotein also known as B4. It is a member of the Ig superfamily, expressed on all pro-B to mature B cells (during development) and follicular dendritic cells. Plasma cells do not express CD19. CD19, in association with CD21 and CD81, forms a molecular complex integral to B cell activation.
