The Mouse CD183 Monoclonal Antibody (Alexa Fluor 488 Conjugated) - CXCR3-173 (AGEL0432) is a powerful tool for researchers studying CXCR3, a chemokine receptor involved in immune responses and inflammation regulation. This monoclonal antibody is specifically designed for the detection and analysis of CXCR3 in mouse samples, providing high sensitivity and specificity in various experimental applications.CXCR3 is a key player in the recruitment and activation of immune cells, particularly T lymphocytes, in response to inflammatory signals. This receptor has been implicated in a wide range of physiological and pathological processes, including immune surveillance, host defense, and autoimmune diseases. By targeting CXCR3 with this antibody, researchers can gain valuable insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying these complex immune responses.
The unique feature of this antibody being conjugated with Alexa Fluor 488 allows for easy visualization and quantification of CXCR3 expression in different cell types and tissues. Its compatibility with fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry makes it an essential tool for immunologists, oncologists, and researchers studying autoimmune disorders and inflammatory conditions.By utilizing the Mouse CD183 Monoclonal Antibody (Alexa Fluor 488 Conjugated) - CXCR3-173 (AGEL0432), researchers can advance their understanding of CXCR3-mediated signaling pathways and potentially uncover novel therapeutic targets for immune-related disorders.

Background:
CD183/CXCR3, also known as CXCR3, is a member of the C-X-C chemokine family, characterized by a pair of cysteine residues separated by a single amino acid. CXCR3 is a 38 kD seven pass transmembrane receptor coupled to G-protein. It mediates Ca2+ mobilization and chemotaxis in response to C-X-C chemokines, such as IP10 (CXCL10), MIG (CXCL9), I-TAC (CXCL11) and PF4 (CXCL4). CXCR3 is expressed primarily on activiated T lymphocytes, NK cells, and some epithelial cells and endothelial cells. It is not expressed on B cells, monocytes or granulocytes.
