The CXCR3 Monoclonal Antibody (PERCP-Cyanine5.5 conjugated) is a valuable tool for researchers studying the CXCR3 protein, a chemokine receptor involved in immune response and inflammation. This antibody, produced through monoclonal techniques, is specifically designed for the detection and analysis of CXCR3 in mouse samples. Its PERCP-Cyanine5.5 conjugation allows for efficient detection and quantification using flow cytometry, making it ideal for a wide range of immunology and inflammation studies.CXCR3 is known to play a crucial role in directing immune cell migration to sites of inflammation and infection.
Its dysregulation has been linked to various inflammatory conditions, autoimmune diseases, and cancer progression. By targeting and analyzing CXCR3 expression with this monoclonal antibody, researchers can gain valuable insights into the mechanisms underlying these diseases and potentially identify new therapeutic targets. Overall, the CXCR3 Monoclonal Antibody offers a powerful tool for advancing research in immunology and related fields.

Background:
CD183/CXCR3, also known as CXCR3, is a member of the C-X-C chemokine family, characterized by a pair of cysteine residues separated by a single amino acid. CXCR3 is a 38 kD seven pass transmembrane receptor coupled to G-protein. It mediates Ca2+ mobilization and chemotaxis in response to C-X-C chemokines, such as IP10 (CXCL10), MIG (CXCL9), I-TAC (CXCL11) and PF4 (CXCL4). CXCR3 is expressed primarily on activiated T lymphocytes, NK cells, and some epithelial cells and endothelial cells. It is not expressed on B cells, monocytes or granulocytes.
