The CXCR3 Monoclonal Antibody (AGEL1427) is a powerful tool for researchers studying the CXCR3 protein, a key chemokine receptor involved in immune responses and inflammation regulation. This antibody, conjugated with AF647 for enhanced detection, is specifically designed for use in flow cytometry and immunofluorescence applications. It provides high specificity and sensitivity in detecting CXCR3 expression in mouse samples, facilitating detailed analysis of immune cell populations and inflammatory processes.CXCR3 is a chemokine receptor that plays a pivotal role in directing immune cell migration and activation in response to various inflammatory signals. Its involvement in mediating immune cell recruitment to sites of infection or injury makes it a crucial target for understanding immune system function in health and disease.
Research on CXCR3 is particularly relevant in studies related to autoimmune diseases, infectious diseases, and inflammation-related disorders, where modulation of immune cell trafficking and function is of significant interest.By using the CXCR3 Monoclonal Antibody (AGEL1427), researchers can explore the dynamics of CXCR3 expression and analyze its impact on immune cell behavior, offering valuable insights into the mechanisms underlying immune responses and potential therapeutic targets for the treatment of immune-related conditions.

Background:
CD183/CXCR3, also known as CXCR3, is a member of the C-X-C chemokine family, characterized by a pair of cysteine residues separated by a single amino acid. CXCR3 is a 38 kD seven pass transmembrane receptor coupled to G-protein. It mediates Ca2+ mobilization and chemotaxis in response to C-X-C chemokines, such as IP10 (CXCL10), MIG (CXCL9), I-TAC (CXCL11) and PF4 (CXCL4). CXCR3 is expressed primarily on activiated T lymphocytes, NK cells, and some epithelial cells and endothelial cells. It is not expressed on B cells, monocytes or granulocytes.
