The Mouse CD127 (IL-7Ra) Monoclonal Antibody (PerCP-Cyanine5.5 Conjugated) A7R34 (AGEL0752) is a specialized tool for researchers studying the CD127 protein, also known as IL-7 receptor alpha (IL-7Ra). This monoclonal antibody, conjugated with PerCP-Cyanine5.5, is specifically designed to target and detect CD127 in mouse samples with high sensitivity and specificity. CD127 is an essential component of the IL-7 receptor complex, playing a crucial role in regulating the development, proliferation, and survival of immune cells, particularly T cells and B cells. Dysregulation of the IL-7 signaling pathway has been implicated in various immune-related disorders, including autoimmune diseases, immunodeficiencies, and certain cancers.
By using the A7R34 antibody, researchers can effectively identify and study the expression of CD127 in different cell populations, providing valuable insights into immune cell function and dynamics. This antibody is ideal for flow cytometry applications, allowing for the precise quantification and characterization of CD127-expressing cells in complex biological samples. With its high specificity and performance in detecting mouse CD127, the A7R34 antibody is an invaluable tool for investigations into immune cell biology, immunology, and the development of potential therapeutic strategies targeting the IL-7 signaling pathway.

Background:
CD127 is a 60-90 kD type I transmembrane glycoprotein also known as IL-7 receptor α chain or IL-7Rα. It forms a heterodimer with the common γ chain (γc or CD132) which is shared with the receptors for IL-2, IL-4, IL-9, IL-13, IL-15, and IL-21. CD127 is expressed on immature B cells through early pre-B stage, thymocytes (except CD4/CD8 double positive thymocytes), peripheral T cells, and bone marrow stromal cells. CD127 has been reported to be an useful marker for identifying memory and effector T cells. The ligation of IL-7 with its receptor is important for stimulation of mature and immature T cells as well as immature B cells proliferation and development.
