The Mouse CD127 (IL-7Ra) Monoclonal Antibody (PE/Cyanine7 Conjugated, A7R34) - AGEL0750 is a specialized tool for research involving the CD127 receptor, also known as IL-7Ra, a crucial protein involved in immune cell development and function. This monoclonal antibody, conjugated with PE/Cyanine7, is specifically designed for flow cytometry applications, enabling precise detection and analysis of CD127 expression on immune cells.CD127, a component of the IL-7 receptor complex, plays a pivotal role in lymphocyte survival, proliferation, and differentiation. Its expression pattern on various immune cell populations provides valuable insights into the immune system's dynamics and functionality.
By targeting CD127 with this unique antibody, researchers can explore the role of this receptor in immune responses, homeostasis, and diseases such as cancer, infectious diseases, and immunodeficiencies. The versatility of the Mouse CD127 (IL-7Ra) Monoclonal Antibody (PE/Cyanine7 Conjugated, A7R34) - AGEL0750 makes it an indispensable tool for immunologists, oncologists, and researchers studying immune regulation and related fields. Its high specificity and sensitivity ensure reliable results and facilitate in-depth investigations into the intricate mechanisms governing immune cell behavior and function.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use. We suggest each investigator should titrate the reagent to obtain optimal results [The recommended concentration is 0.1-1 μg/106 cells in 100 μL volume].

Background:
CD127 is a 60-90 kD type I transmembrane glycoprotein also known as IL-7 receptor α chain or IL-7Rα. It forms a heterodimer with the common γ chain (γc or CD132) which is shared with the receptors for IL-2, IL-4, IL-9, IL-13, IL-15, and IL-21. CD127 is expressed on immature B cells through early pre-B stage, thymocytes (except CD4/CD8 double positive thymocytes), peripheral T cells, and bone marrow stromal cells. CD127 has been reported to be an useful marker for identifying memory and effector T cells. The ligation of IL-7 with its receptor is important for stimulation of mature and immature T cells as well as immature B cells proliferation and development.
