The Mouse CD127 (IL-7RA) Monoclonal Antibody PE-Cyanine5 Conjugated (A7R34) is a powerful tool for immunological research involving the CD127 receptor, also known as IL-7RA. This monoclonal antibody, conjugated with PE-Cyanine5, is specifically designed for flow cytometry applications, enabling precise detection and analysis of CD127 expression on immune cells.CD127, a key component of the interleukin-7 receptor complex, plays a crucial role in regulating immune cell development, survival, and function. Its expression is essential for the maintenance of T cell homeostasis and response to IL-7 signaling. The A7R34 antibody binds specifically to CD127, allowing researchers to investigate the distribution and levels of this receptor on different immune cell subsets.
This antibody is ideal for studies focused on T cell biology, lymphocyte development, and immune system function. By targeting CD127, researchers can gain valuable insights into the mechanisms underlying immune responses, immune cell differentiation, and the pathogenesis of various diseases. The Mouse CD127 (IL-7RA) Monoclonal Antibody PE-Cyanine5 Conjugated (A7R34) is a reliable reagent for advancing our understanding of immune regulation and may pave the way for the development of novel immunotherapies and treatment strategies.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use. We suggest each investigator should titrate the reagent to obtain optimal results [The recommended concentration is 0.1-1 μg/106 cells in 100 μL volume].

Background:
CD127 is a 60-90 kD type I transmembrane glycoprotein also known as IL-7 receptor α chain or IL-7Rα. It forms a heterodimer with the common γ chain (γc or CD132) which is shared with the receptors for IL-2, IL-4, IL-9, IL-13, IL-15, and IL-21. CD127 is expressed on immature B cells through early pre-B stage, thymocytes (except CD4/CD8 double positive thymocytes), peripheral T cells, and bone marrow stromal cells. CD127 has been reported to be an useful marker for identifying memory and effector T cells. The ligation of IL-7 with its receptor is important for stimulation of mature and immature T cells as well as immature B cells proliferation and development.
