The Mouse CD127 (IL-7RA) Monoclonal Antibody PE/Cyanine5 Conjugated (A7R34) (AGEL0740) is a powerful tool for researchers studying the CD127 protein, also known as IL-7 receptor alpha. This monoclonal antibody, conjugated with PE/Cyanine5, is specifically designed to detect and analyze CD127 in mouse samples, enabling precise identification and characterization of this important cell surface marker.CD127 plays a key role in immune cell development and function, particularly in the regulation and maintenance of T cells. By targeting CD127, researchers can gain insights into immune system dynamics, including T cell proliferation, survival, and differentiation.
This antibody is ideal for use in flow cytometry and other immunological assays, allowing for detailed investigations into the role of CD127 in various physiological and pathological processes.Given the significance of CD127 in immune responses and its implication in diseases such as autoimmune disorders and cancer, the Mouse CD127 Monoclonal Antibody PE/Cyanine5 Conjugated (A7R34) (AGEL0740) is a valuable tool for advancing research in immunology, oncology, and beyond. Its specificity and sensitivity make it essential for studies aiming to unravel the complexities of immune regulation and potential therapeutic interventions.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used 5 µL of antibody per test (million cells in 100 µL staining volume or per 100 µL of whole blood). Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use.

Background:
CD127 is a 60-90 kD type I transmembrane glycoprotein also known as IL-7 receptor α chain or IL-7Rα. It forms a heterodimer with the common γ chain (γc or CD132) which is shared with the receptors for IL-2, IL-4, IL-9, IL-13, IL-15, and IL-21. CD127 is expressed on immature B cells through early pre-B stage, thymocytes (except CD4/CD8 double positive thymocytes), peripheral T cells, and bone marrow stromal cells. CD127 has been reported to be an useful marker for identifying memory and effector T cells. The ligation of IL-7 with its receptor is important for stimulation of mature and immature T cells as well as immature B cells proliferation and development.
