The Mouse CD127 (IL-7RA) Monoclonal Antibody (FITC Conjugated) - A7R34 (AGEL0745) is a valuable tool for researchers studying the CD127 (IL-7RA) protein, a crucial component in immune cell development and function. This monoclonal antibody, conjugated with FITC for easy detection in flow cytometry and other fluorescence-based assays, specifically binds to CD127 (IL-7RA) on mouse cell surfaces.CD127 (IL-7RA) is an important receptor involved in the differentiation, survival, and homeostasis of lymphocytes, particularly T cells. By targeting CD127 (IL-7RA), researchers can explore its role in immune cell signaling pathways, cytokine responses, and overall immune system regulation.
This antibody provides a high level of specificity and sensitivity in detecting CD127 (IL-7RA) expression, making it ideal for immunology studies and investigations into immune-related disorders.Understanding the functions and regulatory mechanisms of CD127 (IL-7RA) is essential for advancing knowledge in immunology and developing potential therapies for conditions such as autoimmune diseases, infections, and immune deficiencies. With the Mouse CD127 (IL-7RA) Monoclonal Antibody (FITC Conjugated) - A7R34 (AGEL0745), researchers can explore the intricate role of CD127 (IL-7RA) in immune responses and pave the way for innovative discoveries in the field of immunotherapy.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use. We suggest each investigator should titrate the reagent to obtain optimal results [The recommended concentration is 0.1-1 μg/106 cells in 100 μL volume].

Background:
CD127 is a 60-90 kD type I transmembrane glycoprotein also known as IL-7 receptor α chain or IL-7Rα. It forms a heterodimer with the common γ chain (γc or CD132) which is shared with the receptors for IL-2, IL-4, IL-9, IL-13, IL-15, and IL-21. CD127 is expressed on immature B cells through early pre-B stage, thymocytes (except CD4/CD8 double positive thymocytes), peripheral T cells, and bone marrow stromal cells. CD127 has been reported to be an useful marker for identifying memory and effector T cells. The ligation of IL-7 with its receptor is important for stimulation of mature and immature T cells as well as immature B cells proliferation and development.
