The Mouse CD127 (IL-7Ra) Monoclonal Antibody (APC Conjugated) (clone A7R34) is a powerful tool for studying the CD127/IL-7Ra protein, a critical component in the regulation of immune responses. This monoclonal antibody, conjugated with APC for enhanced detection, is specifically designed for use in flow cytometry applications, providing researchers with a precise method for analyzing CD127 expression levels on various cell populations.CD127, also known as the interleukin-7 receptor alpha chain, plays a pivotal role in T cell development and homeostasis, making it a key target for investigation in immunology research. The A7R34 monoclonal antibody recognizes and binds to the CD127 protein, facilitating the identification and characterization of CD127-expressing cells in mouse samples.
This antibody is ideal for in vitro and in vivo studies focused on understanding the function and regulation of CD127 in immune cell populations.By utilizing the Mouse CD127 (IL-7Ra) Monoclonal Antibody (APC Conjugated) (clone A7R34), researchers can delve deeper into the role of CD127 in immune responses, paving the way for potential insights into autoimmune diseases, lymphoproliferative disorders, and immune system dysfunctions. This antibody offers a reliable and specific tool for investigating the complex mechanisms underlying immune cell signaling and function, ultimately contributing to advancements in immunotherapy and disease treatment strategies.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use. We suggest each investigator should titrate the reagent to obtain optimal results [The recommended concentration is 0.1-1 μg/106 cells in 100 μL volume].

Background:
CD127 is a 60-90 kD type I transmembrane glycoprotein also known as IL-7 receptor α chain or IL-7Rα. It forms a heterodimer with the common γ chain (γc or CD132) which is shared with the receptors for IL-2, IL-4, IL-9, IL-13, IL-15, and IL-21. CD127 is expressed on immature B cells through early pre-B stage, thymocytes (except CD4/CD8 double positive thymocytes), peripheral T cells, and bone marrow stromal cells. CD127 has been reported to be an useful marker for identifying memory and effector T cells. The ligation of IL-7 with its receptor is important for stimulation of mature and immature T cells as well as immature B cells proliferation and development.
