The Mouse CD11c Monoclonal Antibody PE/Cyanine5.5 Conjugated (N418) is a versatile tool for researchers studying immune cells expressing the CD11c marker. This antibody, conjugated with PE/Cyanine5.5, enables specific and sensitive detection of CD11c, a protein commonly found on dendritic cells and other antigen-presenting cells.CD11c is a key marker for identifying and studying dendritic cells, which play a crucial role in immune responses by capturing, processing, and presenting antigens to T cells. By targeting CD11c, researchers can effectively track and investigate dendritic cell populations in various experimental models and biological samples.
The N418 Monoclonal Antibody offers high reactivity and specificity for mouse CD11c, making it an essential tool for flow cytometry and immunofluorescence applications. Its conjugation with PE/Cyanine5.5 enhances fluorescent signal intensity, allowing for clear and reliable detection of CD11c-positive cells in complex cell mixtures.Whether investigating immune responses, antigen presentation, or dendritic cell biology, the Mouse CD11c Monoclonal Antibody PE/Cyanine5.5 Conjugated (N418) provides researchers with a robust reagent to advance their understanding of immune cell dynamics and functions.

Background:
CD11c is a 150 kD glycoprotein also known as αX integrin, CR4, and p150. CD11c forms a αXβ2 heterodimer with β2 integrin (CD18). It is primarily expressed on dendritic cells, NK cells, a subset of intestinal intraepithelial lymphocytes (IEL), and some activated T cells. The αXβ2 integrin plays an important role in cell-cell contact by binding its ligands: iC3b, fibrinogen and CD54.
