The Mouse CD11c Monoclonal Antibody AF647 Conjugated (N418) is a valuable tool for researchers studying immune cells in various biological contexts. Specifically designed for targeting CD11c, a marker predominantly expressed on dendritic cells, this antibody is conjugated with AF647 for enhanced detection sensitivity.Dendritic cells play a crucial role in the initiation of immune responses and are key players in antigen presentation, making CD11c a widely used marker for identifying and studying these cells. The N418 antibody offers high specificity and sensitivity in detecting CD11c, allowing for precise visualization and analysis of dendritic cell populations in tissues and cell cultures.
With its fluorescent conjugation, this antibody is suitable for use in flow cytometry, immunofluorescence microscopy, and other fluorescence-based detection methods. Its reliability and consistent performance make it an essential tool for immunologists, researchers in the field of oncology, and those investigating immune responses in various disease models. Advance your research with the Mouse CD11c Monoclonal Antibody AF647 Conjugated (N418) and gain new insights into the intricate world of dendritic cell biology.

Background:
CD11c is a 150 kD glycoprotein also known as αX integrin, CR4, and p150. CD11c forms a αXβ2 heterodimer with β2 integrin (CD18). It is primarily expressed on dendritic cells, NK cells, a subset of intestinal intraepithelial lymphocytes (IEL), and some activated T cells. The αXβ2 integrin plays an important role in cell-cell contact by binding its ligands: iC3b, fibrinogen and CD54.
